Bianca Restaurant

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. If you order the prawns for starters be aware you have to peel and shell them yourself. The accompanying burnt butter sauce was absolutely YUM. The ricotta and pumpkin pasta dish was divine and a highly recommend. It was very loud and crowded, music with lots of bass, not ideal for conversation as you feel you're yelling across the table. Great if you love a party vibe or want dinner before a night out.

Always love visiting Bianca. We were seated at the counter, which was great to watch the starters be prepared. The pizza Bianca is always a favourite of mine, with many other antipasti options to choose from. The pasta was delicious and fresh and a generous portion size. Service was generally very good with friendly staff and food coming out quickly - however we ordered the pork coteletta which we think may have been forgotten (although we were told it was still being prepared). We had received our main and the couple next to us that arrived after us received their pork. We were able to take it off the order as by this point we were full, which was appreciated.

My wife and I had a delightful lunch at Bianca Italian restaurant. The culinary experience here was amazing. We started with the creamed ricotta and zucchini, and a glass of prosecco. The prosciutto and rock melon dish was a delightful combination of sweet and savory. The pomodoro sauce in the pasta was like a taste of Italy itself, and the figs and prawns were a unique and delicious combination. For the mains, the lamb shoulder were cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. We also wagu with partisan. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance was charming, making it a memorable experience. We'll definitely be returning for more culinary adventures at Bianca Italian restaurant. Highly recommended!

On the surface we had a very indulgent fancy meal, but for the price everything was fairly underwhelming, and the table service was really awkward which made us uncomfortable and we didn't feel welcome - no smiles, awkward interactions we had to keep repeating ourselves, dunno maybe servers were just having an off day? Food was unfortunately quite underwhelming for the price (except the burrata, which was awesome).. the pasta dishes (avg of $40 a plate) were objectively mediocre, the pasta wasn't cooked through (it wasn't Al dente) they were just undercooked. Noticed there was a lot of oil/butter in every dish, which you notice when you order 8 dishes. The millefoglie pastry was way overcooked and just.. not great overall. The tiramisu was tasty but mostly an overpriced slice of cream, not much underneath. $13 per prawn? Really? The breads were awesome, although the potato sourdough was criminally small for a $7 slice. I have nothing against this particular restaurant, but if this is the standard contemporary dining experience, I'll save my money. Much of the above is forgiveable but at this establishment you're paying $100 a head (not inc drinks either), at that price I'm expecting to be blown away
